Refund policy

Most new and unopened items purchased from Weco can be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise noted in the exceptions to the return policy.

Approved returns will be exchanged for another item, refunded in cash, credited to your account, or refunded through store credit. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless otherwise stated in the exceptions to the return policy. Returns of purchases made with a gift card or store credit will be refunded as store credit.

In cases where a return is required as a result of a store error, shipping costs will be borne by Weco. Exceptions may apply (including express delivery). Items must be returned intact, packaging must be "like new", and complete product components must be returned for a full refund.
